Looking for Customer Support & Dealer Service guy for 2 whlrs after market (Automotive).
1. Drive CSI and effective service processes and reach in the field through service network
2. Provide product quality feedback and interface with R&D/plant/vendor teams to resolve issues if any
3. Develop and maintain dealership service workshop standards
