Job Summary:
- To achieve Sales Annual Business plan for the territory-channel-Outlets assigned in the Mass Retail - Traditional trade market.
- Manage distributors, Super Stockist & Sales team in the given area delivering productivity & growth objectives.
- To ensure execution of programs, promotions, visibility& Merchandising in the given area.
- To manage promotional budgets & effective utilisation for business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Annual Business Plan Delivery
- Distribution of products - Depth & Width as per the plan.
- Numeric & Weighted distribution improvement.
- Market share growth.
- Execution of the programs & plans in the given geography.
- Data mining, analysis & planning programs based on it.
- Map Opportunities, Plan Distribution and Design Local Distribution Programs
- Team training & management of the team including Super Stockist & Distributors
- Claim Management & Budget management for the assigned territory
Reports - Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager
Team management - Outsourced team of supervisor & Sales Rep.
Job Qualifications:
- MBA in Sales & Marketing
- Preferred - experience working in FMCG organisation as an ASE - ASM in the Mass Retail, Traditional trade channel.
- Knowledge of the geography & trade in the assigned area.
