Pinnacle Solutions is looking fwd to hire for one of its key ecommerce clients in the real estate domain, for the profile of Area Sales Managers for the Bangalore

Job Description : -

- To develop new business opportunities by marketing Online Property based solutions and to tie up with existing builders across Bangalore

- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with Promoters, Builders, Real Estate Agents, Brokers etc. and maintaining them over time.

- Knowledge of principles and methods for Showing, Promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, Product Demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control.

- Having the ability to maximize profitable volume growth, market share and client preference in the assigned market.

- Will be responsible for the Training and Development of team members, Sales Forecasting etc and also develop and control sales and service programs.

- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.

Package : Budget is not a constraint for the right candidate + there will be excellent sales based incentives over and above the CTC.
