Job Purpose

- Responsible for the performance of a department or a team through task guidance, direction setting and motivation of the workforce and to ensure Company's growth as envisaged with an all round customer satisfaction

Key Accountabilities

As a ASM you will develop plans to maintain an efficient, productive and harmonious work environment, Select, lead, guide, evaluate and develop employees to ensure that the department achieves the business objectives. Select the right people and keep them trained and motivated to add value for Client - customers. Secure the right mix of talent.

- You will ensure overall Business, Value wise and Product Wise

- Appointment of New Dealers.

- Appointment of New OEM's.

- To be within the norms of credit control policy and contribution with reference to budget and leading processes preferably within similar commercial and industry area

- You will Lead new business feasibility study and develop business case/plan for new business, Work collectively with the Business Leader and sales personnel to achieve sales budget, contribution targets and ensuring profitability of accounts.

- Develop dealer map, search for new business growth area, deeply follow up the pipeline projects, provide expert advice to customers, consultants, dealers, and contractors on products and their performance, new products, product

Key Success Factors

- Experience managing defined processes within Industry Sales and building segments

- Working experience of average 10-15 years in selling pumps covering north regions

- Existing relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the Commercial Building Segment and Industry Segment in North region

- Strong background in MIS and reporting systems.

Required Minimum Qualifications

- Full-time Graduate/PostGraduate Engineer from a reasonable reputed engineering college with Working experience of average 10-12 years

- Managing a distributor network, handling a leam of 2-3 frontline sales members and responsible for a turnover of about 25 crores

- Dealer/channel management experience and successful case with key accounts
