Experience - 4 to 5 Years

Location - Chennai

Qualification - Bachelor's in science /B Pharma/ BE/ BTech in Biomedical Engineering / Bioinstrumentation, Electronics and PG degree in Business Management is desirable.

- Experience in executing projects while working in dynamic environments.

- Exposure to Tender specifications on Price/Technical bids

- Demonstrated situations where he has worked with both external & internal teams collaborated & helped to come up with decisions & ideas that have helped the success of initiatives.

- Sound clinical and technical knowledge of the related products handled.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Revenue Responsibility:

- Responsible for achieving primary and secondary AOP in terms of product units and revenue. Prepare accurate monthly/quarterly/annual sales plan to meet the planned AOP.

- Responsible to drive the value proposition to protect ASPs for better margins.

- Understand on competitive products, features, strengths & the tactics for the timely modifications of the local strategy.

Channel Management and Development:

- Distributor reviews in terms for proper inventory management, daily co-ordination and monitor distributor customer relationship to ensure discipline, compliance & a proper coverage.

- Setting targets for channel team, performance monitoring & quarterly evaluation.

- Clear communication on performance gaps & the management of the revenue gaps.

- Proper forecasting & reviewing of the distributor performances.

- Responsible to master the technological applications, Identify & analyse gaps in distributor team's product demonstrations & train them for extremely positive and satisfactory product demonstrations.

- Negotiation of price with Corporates to maximize profitability.

KOL/Customer Management:

- Working on with the current strong installation base, to identify the local vocal KOLs for the Erbe surgical portfolio.

- Responsible for creation of a proper MDA with the KOLs for the long-term business associations.

- Responsible for driving the proper customer engagement activities, for share growth and size growth through KOL initiated live workshops, Trainings & the COE initiatives.

- Plan and facilitate execution of training and technical programs for Key Hospitals.

- Engage non-medical customers, hospitals administrators, BMEs to maintain productive positive business relationship with them.
