Job Description :
- Driving business in the Branch with the key responsibilities of increasing the width & depth of channel, managing and improving channel health parameters and increasing market share for the organization.
- Responsible for the delivery of budgets & profitability plan for the region including improvement in the operational parameters of the business.
- Ensuring sales staff complies with company policies, procedures and practices.
- Recruitment, coaching, mentoring the team and improving their productivity and effectiveness for ensuring business delivery.
- Managing various programs for trade and influencers for delivering sustainable growth.
- Establishing trust and a good relationship with all key clients
- Developing local level marketing plans for the Branch.
- Setting channel specific goals and formulate strategies for the different channels.
- Keeping a close watch on competition activities.
- Identifying sales target.
- Developing sales promotional strategies.
- Analyzing market trends, pricing, competitor strategies.
- Maintaining sales performance and providing continuous feedback on market trends to the seniors.
- Appointment of Distributor and Dealer network as per company policy.
- Development of existing distributor and dealer network
