Responsibilities :
- Accountable for achieving the required direct distribution plan, desired availability & visibility and meet the monthly targets by territory
- To ensure tracking of input & output parameters on a daily basis
- To create consumer network distribution & increase the output
- To ensure coordination & 100% implementation of the company strategies
- To lead & motivate field force in the field
- To give feedback regularly to line manager & HO on market information & development
- To build a relationship with distributors, key retail outlets & retail chains.
Reporting to : ZSM/RSM
Education Qualification : MBA should be from tier 1 college
Experience and Other Functional Skills :
- MBA from a premier institute with 2-5 years of Managerial experience
- Should have a sound market knowledge & good track record in Sales
- Should possess good communication, selling, analytical, relationship & team building skills
- Should have experience in launching new products/brands in the market
Other details :
- CTC Not a constraint for the right candidate
- Up to 15LPA (Post confirmation after Training)
- Post-project, the final offer will be given to candidates as per their performance and quality of the project done.
