Area Sales Manager - On Trade/On Premises Channel - FMCG

Education : PGDBM/MBA- 1 Tier B-School 5- 7 years Experience

Education : PGDBM/MBA- 2 Tier B-School 7-10 years Experience

Job Purpose :

This position will overlook the sales contribution through the On Trade/On Premises channel in the given area.

Responsibility :

- Delivering Sales Target assigned to Zone /Area

- People Management : Maintaining a conducive professional relationship with all business partners.

- Managing Team : Keeping them motivated, providing guidance, monitoring performance.

- Driving Local sales promotion schemes, Visibility campaigns and new product launches.

- Monitoring Budgets and utilizing the same to optimum level.

- Managing Depot - ensuring proper claim management, handling compliance issues.

- Analyzing competition scenario & reporting the same. MIS reporting

Skills/Qualifications :

- Candidates with FMCG exposure at a managerial level

- Education Qualification : MBA

- Experience : 5-11 years of total experience & 3-5 years as a manager (ASM)

- Fluent in English & local language.
