Job Description -
- Candidates with strong experience into direct selling / B2B / Institutional Sales
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team Handling Experience with direct reportees till 20 + and should have an experience of handling 2 states as the current ASM will handle Mumbai / Madhya Pradesh & Gujarat
- Sales experience while dealing with the end to end customer
- Cater the services to various sectors such as Institutional / Hospitality / Facility / Place of Worship / Education / Cleaning & Hygiene Industry / Food Manufacturing
- New customer acquisition in relevant target segments and manage an effective and profitable pipeline by filtering and qualifying prospects.
- Generate and own leads through various initiatives such as corporate marketing campaigns, online marketing, event participation, ads, content in the industry publication, customer referrals and cold channels such as LinkedIn etc.
- Respond to queries from potential and existing customers, communicate Happy value proposition and negotiate deals successfully.
- Understand client needs, design appropriate solutions basis Happy core competencies and negotiate deals to closure.
- Conceptualize and/or develop new product/service ideas in association with the product team to address market needs.
- Experience in a similar industry with demo handling skills(or solution/concept) will be an added advantage
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
