Area Sales Manager - Healthcare (6-11 yrs)
- The incumbent shall be responsible for driving the ER business in India which has a significant footprint in ESI, CGHS, Army, Railway hospitals and other PSU healthcare institutions. With ambitious growth plans of doubling the business in 2016 (over 2015), this individual shall manage and grow the business from specific ER in Northern India.
- Drive Sales/Financial objectives (meet/exceed targets) & key Business metrics (Sales Force Effectiveness parameters such as call avg., customer coverage, field working days, execution of other marketing activities) on a monthly/quarterly basis to meet budgets set for the year in line with growth plans of the business.
- Develop KOL's and manage other key P5 stakeholder relationships (policy-makers, patient bodies, providers, payers & HCPs) with a view to secure and enhance existing business stakes in each account.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Medical teams (Facilitate Clinical & Marketing programs, CMEs, expert group meetings/workshops/RTMs etc) to launch new campaigns or execute new strategies in territory from time to time with a view to achieve business outcomes at account/territory level.
- Closely tracks the tender/rate contract-related developments of each account to make tactical plans to achieve favorable business outcomes.
- Track & gather TC/patient data, product consumption patterns, potential market size, No. of patients, their severity etc.
- Gather competitor intelligence in given region - gather and analyze competitor pricing, sales data, changes in product messaging/promotional strategy/any other launch/pre-launch activities.
