JOB Description - GTM Candidate
1. Check ECO, LPPC, Productivity, Vacancy & Absenteeism Data Authenticity
2. Training & Development of Distribution Sales Men
3. Data/Business Analytics, KPI Tracking, Reports, Monitoring
4. GTM Next Steps : RE/BPD/IT/Schemes/Incentive/ROI/BI
5. Preparing Distribution network blue print for all the lines and packed products
6. Identify distribution gaps and give periodic alerts to sales team to work up on and also help them wherever required
7. Scrutiny of the CD appointment form, check reason for appointing, Check
8. Forms received directly without GTM In-charge approval will not be processed.
9. Publish periodic Distribution analysis Report
10. Exit interview with out-going CD, capture critical inputs and take necessary actions.
11. Regular Market visits and CD visit to Access the problem Faced by Sales Team & Provide Solutions.
12. Rural town Activation - CD Opening
13. Outlet Expansion Activity.

Should be currently in the Go To Market Strategy Role in any - FMCG Co
MBA - FULL TIME ONLY
