As an Area Sales Manager- General Trade, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans across the region.

What you will do:

- Planning and monitoring Sales Officer targets/ priorities and territory, town coverage

- Relationship building with key associates and network management & expansion

- Handling and developing key account channels and general trade account

- Reviewing performance of business of key dealers & DB and taking corrective action

- Direct sales forecasting activities, setting performance goals and achieving sales plan

- Monitoring and driving local level promotions to achieve targets and feedback on schemes/ products

- Competition tracking & audits

- Submitting timely reports and adhering to sales norms

- Interfacing with supply chain, brand managers for right product at the right time

- Ensuring product requirements and executing service policy to resolve dealer/ consumer issues

- Implementing of company policies as applicable

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline with MBA

- Minimum 4-5 years experience in Distribution/ Trade Channel Sales

- Prior exposure and experience in east market (Bihar +Bengal+ Orissa) is a must

- Strong business orientation and acumen

- High Interpersonal, communication and execution skills
