Designation : Area Sales Manager - GT

Location : Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities (Brief of our and HR discussion )

- Anchoring achievement of Volume and Value targets by Month, QTR & Year

- Involve into sales Planning and Forecasting.

- Ensuring targeted distribution & display in area as per plan.

- Strengthen the Distribution network and manage the distributors productivity.

- Ensuring sales hygiene by delivery of process KPI e.g. Bills cut, man days, lines sold etc.

- Role involves close to 18-20 days of field contact.

- Tamil language is must.
