Job Description - The role is to achieve business objectives & agreed sales targets for both General Trade and Modern Trade

Description :

As an Area Sales Manager the responsibilities will include:

- Increasing sales volume in the region across both General trade and Modern trade

- Developing distribution channels to ensure they have the know-how and support to successfully sell the products

- Training and handling a team of sale representatives for the region setting up system and processes for the region

Profile :

A successful candidate comes with:

- 5+ years of experience in both GT+ MT

- Prior experience in FMCG sales is mandatory

- Someone who's been a part of change management is preferred

- Someone who has handled a team is a must
