Area Sales Manager - Frozen Food Industry (8-12 yrs)

8+ years of experience in a KAM role within the frozen food industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Role and Responsibilities :

- To manage the sales operations in a given territory for Delhi/NCR

- Needs to handle a team of ASE , distributor, customers as well as customers MT / Ecom

- Build business in the territory with teams and self

- Ensure new store additions and outlet expansion

- Expert in New Market Setup, New Distributor Setup, Recruitment &

- Training, New Product Launching,. Have immense knowledge in using all required sales & marketing theories & strategies.

Qualifications and Education Requirements - Ideally MBA or Graduate with good FMCG food distribution experience of 5yrs +.

Preferred Skills :

- FMCG Sales, Sales & Distribution Management, Channel Management, Great communication skills, Good Relationship Management, and Strong understanding of Sales Operations

- Adept in managing business operations with focus on top-line performance through marketing & sales strategies, business alliances & channel & distribution management.

- Skilled in identifying, appointing distributors; establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration & reach.

- Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously, Team leadership experience and managing a large budget sale, revenue growth and P&L - responsible to achieve annual revenues, effective pricing and promotional.

- Business Profitability Management: Managing all functions in Sales, Marketing & Advertisement; New Project Startups. Strategic Markets, Opportunity

Mapping: Setting up a network and penetration both for traditional & WholeSale; New Product Launches, New Product Development & all the marketing & advertising activities.
