Area Sales Manager - FMCG - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

A well known MNC FMCG company wishes to recruit zonal managers across the country.

The incumbent would be leading complete sales and distribution responsibility for 2 states.

Specific responsibilities include :

- Heading sales operations and customer management for the region.

- Sales and Distribution Management : Distribution Strategies, Customer management.

- Leading a cross functional team

Candidate profile :

- Seasoned sales professionals (ONLY PREMIER B SCHOOL GRADS) from FMCG/Telecom space handling large distribution oriented business.

- Must be adept at sales and distribution planning, trade marketing, GTM.

- Incumbent should have 1-2 years of post qualification experience with substantial experience in people management

- Must have led zones/area in sales and customer management.

- Prior experience in General Trade in FMCG as an ASM is a Must.
