Area Sales Manager - FMCG - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (2-6 yrs)
we have an urgent role with one of the biggest FMCG Group at Multiple Locations in North, South, East & West.
Role : ASM (Only Premium B Schools)
Locations : North/South/East/West
Exp : 2-6 Yrs
The candidate must be currently working in an FMCG company in a field sales role.
- The candidate must be keen to explore a field sales role.
- The candidate must be geographically mobile - open to posting in any of the operating locations or at least a range of options including non-metro locations.
The positions most prob will not be metro.
- The candidate must ideally have worked in only one company post passing out from campus (this ensures depth of experience in a role) organization can choose to put the person anywhere.
Profile :
- Responsible for the Distribution Network (GTM), Sales Systems & Processes and Primary Sales Management of the assigned unit.
- Lead a team of Distribution Team Leaders & Distribution Managers.
- Carry out Trade Marketing activities for the category/channel, prepare sales forecast & estimates.
- Develop Capabilities and improve skill levels of Distribution Partners- ASEs, TLs, Salesmen and Market Developers.
