Internal - Sales Director - Business Head (Region) - State Head - MDM - Plant / Logistics - Finance - Regional Sales Coordinator - HR External - Distribution Partners - Retailers in On Trade and Off Trade - Key syndicate owners, retail associations - Team of Merchandisers - National Chain of Hotels, Restaurants, Clubs Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities: Key Tasks - Driving volume, revenue, market share and profitability of CIPL by managing portfolio &amp; driving distribution through a team of CIPL sales executives - Manage the CIPL operations at distributors/ dealers along with giving them healthy ROI - Identify various sources of business growth drivers (Example-Distribution Opportunity-Brand SKU level, Brand Pack mix play, driving efficiency through market rebates) - Identify various sources of business new growth drivers (making new brands successful by marketing support &amp; planning) - Forecasting and market scheme design as per requirement - Directly managing big retailers and driving business KPIs - Coordinating with the brewery and the regional team for seamless dispatches - Timely Submission of financial data and claims to regional commercial team &amp; national trade marketing team - Doing adequate market audits with the Direct reports to give them on the job training - Monitoring and planning of placement of company assets deployed in the market (Cheers device/ in shop signages/ Visicoolers) - Responsible for timely collection and follow-up of outstanding from distributors - Manage adequate inventory at the distributor level &amp; ensuring primaries are in line with the secondaries in the market - Responsible for training the executives, merchandisers &amp; DSMs as per company's requirement - Track competition volumes and monitor competitor activities to evaluate brand performance. &amp; subsequently come up with proposals relevant for market environment - Evaluating, tracking &amp; coaching performances of Direct reports and distributors and constantly sharing the feedback for their improvements - Timely recognition of performance of the team members Key Challenges in Achieving Goal(s): - Should be comfortable in handling highly regulated, complex industry - Should be comfortable in handling seasonal industry
