Area Sales Manager - FMCG/Auto (6-11 yrs)
Job responsibilities :
- Assess local market and develop account relationships
- Achieve / Supersede the commercial and financial objectives planned
- Manage key accounts in a professional manner
- Develop the company customer relationship
- Update the automated system daily tracker and plan corrective action as required
- Identify misusage or illegal usage of the company brand and solve them with the help of Marketing Department when needed
Candidate profile preference :
- The candidate should be a graduate.
- Minimum 5 years of front line sales experience
- Good communicator & collaborator. Able to do independent thinking
- Good knowledge of a sales channels and CRM tool
- Should have handled a significant geographical area.
- Good commercial sense and ability to think customer.
- Experience in resolving customer and channel concerns
