Looking for a Area Sales Manager for a FMCG Brand based in Bihar
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage product inventory levels within the area to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Coordinate with supply chain and distribution teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget for the area, including sales forecasts, expenses, and promotional activities.
- Ensure effective budget allocation to maximize ROI.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and legal requirements.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in FMCG sales and management, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
