Key Responsibilities :
- Is responsible for Primary, Secondary and Tertiary sales of entire area including GT & MT.
- Is responsible for growth both organic & inorganic i.e existing stores & new stores.
- Is responsible to drive the entire range of products under the brand.
- Is responsible for training & development of the entire team comprising SO/Supervisors/BA.
- Distribution Management and market hygiene for range of products by giving continuous feedback to RSM and if required to Head Office.
- To control & execute the Trade Marketing initiatives in the desired manner in the market/stores to get the optimum results.
- Review and evaluation of the team periodically.
- Sales & stock forecast for the next 3 months.
- Coordination with KAM, Trainer & Trade Marketing Team for improvement of Sales and quality of team.
- Daily reports - Consolidated report of SO and Supervisors.
