Area Sales Manager - FMCG (3-6 yrs)
- Planning and distribution of sales targets S.O. wise/ SKU wise/ Distributor wise/ Route wise
- Tracking daily sales, performing gap analysis vis-a-vis targets and take corrective actions
- Ensuring achievement of targeted MOM growth and YTD growth targets
- Maintaining various tracking reports & doing analytics to improve Delivery of KRAs - Daily Sales tracking - SO Wise, TC/PC/Day's Sec etc
- Planning and Execute special plans / efforts for Key Accounts / MT Accounts for maximize Sales and monitor them on daily basis.
- Increasing the number of outlets covered by the team and benchmarking the same with other players in the category in the area
- Discussion with distributors on infrastructure availability, managing ROI,
- Monitoring the performance of the channel partners and take corrective actions accordingly
- Motivating the team and ensuring each Sales officer in the team does the minimum number of calls per beat and increase the % of Productive calls
