- Handling the business development, identifying and developing new markets, achieving the set targets for Rural marketing etc.
- Proficient in preparing business plans & monitoring operations at regular intervals, handling distribution across Telangana Including Anantapur & Kurnool Districts
- Proven ability in achieving/exceeding targets, setting up business operations in untapped markets.
- Exposure in market development, Product positioning, handling distribution network, and streaming sale and marketing operations.
- A result-oriented achiever with an excellent track record.
- Responsible for coaching and Training team members & Sales Targets. Achieving and Exceeding Business goals and Targets.
- Achieving Primary Targets and Secondary Targets. Implementing all the schemes in the Market to capture the market share.
- Operations review with effective usage of MIS.
- Sub Stockiest backend operations management. Implementation of company policies and distribution norms.
- Distribution Management.
- Key Accounts Management and Channel sales Management.
- Business Development and Merchandising.
