Area Sales Manager - FMCG (1-2 yrs)
Executive Hiring is looking for an ASM for a Large FMCG which can be based anywhere in the Country.
A Post Grad / MBA from Premiere B.School, with at least 1-2 years of work experience in Sales in an FMCG is mandatory
KRA's -
- Volume and Value targets by Month, QTR & Year
- Planning and Forecasting.
- Ensuring delivery of process KPI .
- Coach field force to improve sales capabilities
- Ensuring Targeted distribution & display in his/her area as per Targets given.
- Execute trade marketing initiatives through field force
- Ensure the area team consists of the right caliber people who are motivated and trained to achieve ambitious business plans consistently.
- Responsible for ensuring return on investment to distributors this continuous monitoring of agreed norms and service levels.
