This role exists to achieve pre-set Sales and Revenue targets and goals for Channel and to develop product and brand image amongst customers in the assigned region.

Deliver revenue targets for overall Category products in channel for the assigned area/territory/cluster

- Analyse and evaluate assigned area regarding sales trends, sales potentials, competition, economic/business conditions, and distributor performance, recommend changes in sales programs and distributorships to make area operation more effective in meeting sales volume quotas.

- Prepare Monthly forecasts and sales plans in accordance with monthly and quarterly targets

- Establish and maintain regular contact with Dealers, distributors, & Turnkey Contractors to drive Products specifications & support secondary sales generation at Dealers.

- Work Closely with Business Development, Regional Sales Team and Experience Centre Teams to create understanding and affinity of company products. Also identify gaps in GTM and Channel Offering for eventual seamless integration of NBI products with mainline sales

- Drive Showroom Displays & Trainings of Dealers and their Staff on products to drive fast adoption and sales from the showrooms

- Identify opportunities for alternate channel expansion inline with the strategy of Category

- Identify Project opportunities in other segments for NBI product sales and Drive Quotes, PO Win, Project Sales Pipeline and Project Sales

- Drive BTL activation execution to generate demand and ensure brand visibility and experience for top of mind recall

- Drive coordination across order management cycle - recording, reporting & reviewing team and supporting mainline sales reviews with relevant direction as a subject matter expert

- Maintain on the market and competitive situation by providing information on competitor's activities, products, cost and other related information advantageous to the company.

- Provide training and assist in resolving specific questions or problems regarding the sales programs, installation and after sales technical issues.

- Evaluate and approve defective product claim reports by distributors, retailers and customers.
