Responsibilities : - Set and meet growth targets, navigate short-term and long-term sales cycles by acquiring new customers and servicing existing customers - Conduct field sales meetings with customers on a regular basis to understand and improve sales processes, mentor team members and get more business - Keep up to date with products and competitors in the market - Hire team members based on a set of quantitative and qualitative tests - Train and mentor team members on a regular basis and give them pointed feedback - Meet audits with detailed performance measurement and feedback for improvement of team members - Identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions to address the same, in terms of sustainable systems and processes, in a dynamic business environment - a knack for setting, measuring and improving processes on a continuous basis Apply If : - You have an engineering/management degree - You have 4+ years of experience with 2.5+ years of experience in FMCG and has managed a team of 10 people - You have excellent communication skill with analytical and problem-solving ability - You have hands-on approach for executing experiments and setting processes - You are able to work in a dynamic environment with changing goals and responsibilities - You have high levels of motivation, energy and drive to ensure relevant goals are achieved Salary Offered : 8-10 LPA
