Area Sales Manager - Emerging Channel/Alternate Channel - FMCG (2-6 yrs)
We are looking Area sales Manager - Emerging Channel or Alternate Channel
Location - Mumbai or Delhi
Experience should be in Emerging Channels, Horeca, and Institutional sales, Food service, Alternate Channels.
Responsibility :
1 -Set, monitor and deliver key business and S&D objectives at period, quarter and Annual levels
2- Develop the markets by tapping into Education, work place, transit and leisure channels
3 -Influence Key stakeholders such as LM, Trade Marketing, sales development and Marketing to align and garner necessary support to meet growth ambitions in the mid to long term
4 - Maximize throughput of trade spends (as per agreed norms) and ensure delivery of In Store
People Function:
- Lead, Monitor, Motivate and drive performance by leverage selling tools and incentive programmers as designed by the company
- Implement structured training interventions as per agreed calendar to continuously upskill his FSA team
- Recruit desired numbers of FSA's of targeted profiles within specific timelines
