Area Sales Manager - eCommerce (3-6 yrs)
- Work closely with the City Head and support them with end to end city business and P&L
- In the next 12 months we foresee a potential 2x growth in our Delivery revenue in these markets and a significant growth in the number of merchants on-board. You will manage the revenue for the business by planning, strategizing, and executing operations to meet and exceed targets. This would also involve :
i. Plan, prioritize and execute sustainable solutions for user and merchant growth
ii. Own supply and product experience
iii. Work closely with the central services team and solve for long and short term issues with sustainable solutions
iv. Sustain and grow the revenue by new merchant acquisitions and retention
v. Build and lead a layered sales team - formulate targets, city priorities, drive recruitment, training and mentoring of team members to ensure individual growth and transfer of learning across the region
vi. Develop plans for key accounts, manage their expectations and contribute towards client satisfaction
Who fits the bill?
- Should have 3 to 5 years of experience with substantial experience in driving numbers, business development, account management and sales roles across industry
- Enjoys solving complex problems through analytical excellence and commercial acumen
- Has strong people skills with 2+ years of experience in managing and leading layered teams and budgets
- Proven track record of achieving targets - including planning, team management and execution of plans to achieve the desired business goals
- Should possess - strong work ethic, willingness to get hands dirty and get stuff done
