- Handling a network of Stockists, Super-Stockists & Sub-Stockists covering districts for an extensive Product Portfolio

- Driving successful launch of NPD brands and catalysing sales of potential brands to widen territorial brand spread

- Improving sales-force efficiency by undertaking initiatives focused on productivity & effective man-power utilization

- Planning & Executing local regional activations on key potential brands and delivering Expected Growths

- Driving increase of direct distribution in Rural Business by extensive Sub-Stockist network expansion
