Area Sales Manager - Direct Sales - DTH (10-15 yrs)
Job Description:
- Managing a team of partners, area sales in-charge(ASI), direct sales representative(DSR)
- Focusing on bulk business(hotel/ hospitals/MNCs) & new MDU (multi-dwelling unit) projects
- Driving business for the defined KPI's like new acquisitions, pack revenue, primary & secondary billing, dealer expansion, HD contribution, regular channel partner & FOS additions
- Identify launch clusters Work with RWA and builders for network installation and expansion Plan, identify and deploy optimum infra in the assigned area Gross Ads Increasing Revenue execution and planning BTL activities
- Regular expansion of CSA (Corporate Sales Associates), Direct Sales Team recruitment & development
- Channel additions to ensure adequate contribution (in terms of activations) to circle/region performance
- Regular engagement with ASI / ASM and Circle Heads for business expansion
- Coordination with service delivery department to ensure timely installation & activations
- Driving sales through online tie-ups(through Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm)
