Area Sales Manager - D2C Wellness Brand - Retail Industry

We are seeking an Area Manager Operations for a Women's Wellness Brand.

Job Profile:

- Lead daily operations of multiple clinics of that area.

- Monitor the conversion and retention of customers in clinics to establish a steady revenue stream.

- Accountable for multiple clinic revenue, profits and team management.

Requirements:

- Any Graduate / Post Graduate

- 9+ Years of relevant experience.

- Candidates with experience in the healthcare space, ed tech., timeshare sales, retail industry can apply.

- Proven track record in managing multiple clinic/stores/outlets.

- Core skills required - Sales, operations management and service excellence.

- Has the knack to take ownership and independently manage clinic operations.

- Prior experience in PnL accountability. Thrives in an ambiguous business environment.
