Area Sales Manager - Corporate Salary Accounts - Bank (10-15 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Job requires the candidate to manage existing corporate relationships, New to Bank corporate acquisition with right mix of corporate (Large, Mid & Small) and to manage a large team of 46 resources (6 direct & 40 skip level)
2. Driving incremental share in existing corporate, ensuring salary credits, ATS build up, cross sell and active engagements.
3. Drive corporate salary targets for the geography, Achievement of CASA, Assets and Fee income, customer product deepening, penetration of all Bank products
4. Ability to understand and cross sell wealth products to corporates and their employees.
5. Ensuring right level of staffing in the region for corporate salary team. Hiring, Reward & Recognition, Trainings of the staff.
6. Collaboration and networking with other business units to spot opportunities
7. To track competition offerings and proactively recommend for review, revision to product team
8. Contribute towards the development and implementation of sales strategy for the geography ensuring coherent communication both externally and internally.
9. A key contributor for building corporate salary business for the geography.
10. Ensuring compliance to internal guidelines.
