2 Location : Mangalore / Hubli

- Achievement of Sales (volume / value) as per budget, (Trade Sales) - For ( Karnataka Region)

- Undertake and monitor detailed product

- Interacting with Trade Partners

- Track customer complaints.

- Addresses recurring complaints through appropriate action

- Managing the business in his division through a team of people.

- Training and development of sales and administration teams and to develop successors for self

- Monitor, evaluate & provide feedback on performance of his subordinates.

- Gather information on competitors activities in the region and act upon it

- Control entire accounting and all audit related queries.

- Candidates with Trade Experience in Karnataka region, only preferred

Qualification :

- MBA preferred

- Should be currently in the Managers role

- Handling a Large team size

- Should be from Any Consumer Durable background product line
