We have an urgent role with a Leading Consumer Durable Group at Dehradun.
Role :
- Understanding the business, creating and executing growth plans through systematic planning.
- Identifying & quantifying - sources of growth' and build plans accordingly
- Effectively looking at data sets to make robust area growth plans
- Ensuring communication of objectives through Area review meets
- Achieving value and process objectives in area
- Managing accurate stock planning & logistics (Launch Estimates) and sales forecast at monthly level
- Leveraging trade marketing inputs (schemes/activation) more effectively looking at the investment & opportunity to gain market share.
- Developing deep understanding of customers and competitors
- Actively listening to Channel Partner and Trade partners ' feedback and taking necessary action to improve overall quality of service to the partners
- Engaging with channel partners developing strong relationship and influencing to invest resources in company initiatives like process, expansion, projects whilst maintaining the required ROI for the channel partners
- Influencing channel partners look at the medium to long term picture while asking them for the required investments
