Area Sales Manager - Channel Sales - Lighting Major

Job Responsibilities :

- Achieve targets through market and distribution planning, channel management, customer service delivery and brand initiative implementation

- Map business potential, analyze marketing trends & perform competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share metrics

- Recruit, train & monitor the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and productivity of sales team for meeting of individual & group targets

- Devise business development strategies to build customer preference

Candidate Requirement :

Graduate / MBA -- Preferred

From -- Paint / Lubricant / Lighting / Building Material / Wallputty / Adhesive

- Should have worked in Tamilnadu Market .

- Able to manage - large team
