Area Sales Manager - Channel Sales - FMCG/Consumer Durable (4-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Value and Volume Targets : Ensure Value and volume target achievement with a high focus on range Selling including sales and Promotion of new and focussed product categories.
- Distribution Channel: Appointment and management of dealer/distributor network to ensure availability.
- Key Account Management: Relationship management with top dealers/distributors
- Depot Operations & Commercial: Supervise depot operations; inventory planning and control, outstanding management.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of channel sales experience preferably in Paints, building material, FMCG, Telecom.
Education: MBA/ Post Graduate in Management
