Sales & Marketing:
- Taking care of sales with focus on achieving predefined sales target and growth. Forecasting and planning monthly& quarterly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame.
Business Development:
- Developing new clients and negotiating with them for securing profitable business.
- Maintaining and managing existing accounts to ensure business sustainability, organizing promotional programs and participating in exhibitions for greater brand visibility.
Key Account Management:
- Interfacing with key influencers for ascertaining requirements, managing customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery timelines and service quality norms.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain the profitability of the business.
- Maximizing customer satisfaction level by monitoring customers complaints and handling customer grievances and resolving their issues for customer retention
Candidate Requirement:
- From top B schools only preferred
