Achieve Parts business plan of the assigned PD's for the Financial year with a gain in parts share and ensure proper funds planning at PD's end for smooth transactions.
- Monitoring & reviewing targets on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis and ensure PD achieve these plans
- Cascading retail targets into PDSE, monitor and motivate each PDSE to achieve his assigned target
- Daily follow-ups with PD/PDSM on orders and retails
- Monitor and ensure PD avail all the incentive schemes thereby ensuring his profitability as well as a push in retails by passing on the benefit to the end customer.
- Review on a daily basis and ensure that proper funds availability for smooth transactions and clearance of outstanding as per the policy
- Review the demand forecasting of top 350 items with the PD's and send the projections to supply chain management for procurement actions resulting on time availability of material.
- Analyse the monthly/Quarterly and yearly consumption and work on the top 350 items projection for the next month well in advance and ensure that 95% of accuracy level is maintained in order placement.
Evaluate the market potential available and plan for new network expansion resulting in improvement in market share / touch points and easy access to customers.
- Check for possibilities of network expansion and plan as per the potential requirement.
- Review district wise reach against the potential available and plan to add new retailers on a monthly basis.
- Check and monitor the DSE's visit to counters on a monthly basis and ensure that 90% of counters are visited.
- Prepare market feedback on OEM penetration/Pricing and schemes floated by competitors and plan for aggressive branding and marketing strategies by floating various schemes in market, Conduct retailer & technician meets to increase the usage of Genuine Parts.
- Visit aftermarket retailers along with the PDSE's to get the first hand information of major players in market on a monthly basis and send the collected feedback to higher level for proper actions.
- Plan & float various schemes on a monthly basis in market to counteract the competition and to get a push in retails.
Conduct technician & retailers meet on a quarterly basis to update them on the initiatives taken by the company and to increase the usage.
