The position is with Life Insurance Firm and they are looking ASM - agency channel

Position reports to State head (RSM designation)

ASM will have to manage 12-15 branches

Will lead a team of DSMs reporting to him/her

- Ensure achievement of top line budget as per agency business plan with available manpower

- Ensure agency channel business is managed in the most cost effective manner so as to contribute to the overall profit of the organization

- To ensure administrative and financial discipline

- Establish & upgrade channel management processes & procedures

- Developing and Guiding a Sales team for Consistent good performance
