Job Description :
RDS management:
- New RDS appointment
- ROI of RDS & MD
- Channel Conflict Resolution
- Activities pertaining to basic infrastructure of the RDS would be the prerogative of the state ASM.
- RDS daily secondary plan to MD and his primary plan to the company.
- RDS payment and collection.
- RDS reporting in terms of Sales volumes, Target vs. Achievement
- Account reconciliation of the RDS with MDs
- Ensuring the adequacy of the stock at the RDS point based on the secondary sales figures SKU wise for the past 2 months record.
- Ensure that the forecasting is done by the RDS and the same is being lifted and sold by him in this market.
- PSI adherence
- Settlement of distributor claims - Reconciliation and tracking of MD claims on monthly basis
Market Coverage :
- Visits all key locations along with the RDS to resolve issues of MD & Retail, or to build a positive rapport with the dealers.
- Track the sales performance of all key dealers (A class, B Class) weekly.
- Ensure maximum retail counter coverage w.r.t DOD and WOD
- Tertiary tracking
Marketing Activities :
- Regular evaluation of distribution structure and if required, correction in the distribution structure.
- Driving company's objectives for Volume, Value, Pricing and Distribution Expansion/Correction
- Driving Company's schemes from target setting stage to execution to the trade
Daily Reporting :
- Analysing of Dashboard Report
- Weekly reporting & Monthly reporting -
- Beat plan for SME
Qualification : Graduate, MBA(preferred)
Technical Skills required: Computer savvy especially excel/ internet/ ppt
Critical behavioral Competencies required :
- To deal with channel partners
- To deal with team
Key Interface :
Internal : Entire sales team & Non-sales function
External : Channel Partners, Vendors etc
