The company has an annual revenue of USD518$ and has a valuation of USD1.5B$+ PS- Age criteria is 35 years and below only and work exposure in FMCG sector only. The role would be handling entire District, nearby districts, and radius of 70+ kms. The Kirana stores in small villages having population of 2k to 50k is the main focus. The MONTHLY turn over will be approx.- 20crs+ as it is dealing with multiple SKU's/Products of 25+ top FMCG companies. This is a people manager role with 5-6 City Managers will report to you, each city manager will have 12-15 executives/Sr. Executives/TLs under them. Key Responsibilities : - Directly responsible for achieving the revenue targets for the territory - Work with senior management in defining sales strategy and work on the execution plan based on the defined strategy - Build, Lead and manage the Sales team for achievement of sales targets and reach as per the plan - Build a network of partners to supply FMCG goods and commodities to retail stores in his/her state in both rural and semi urban areas - Manage the performance of the sales team by assigning them periodic targets - Conduct Periodic review on the Progress of Business, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and ongoing basis. - Looking at Post Graduate/ Masters candidate with strong exposure in FMCG Sales and Distribution Experience: 7 to 12 years Annual CTC: Rupees 11,00,000 to 20,00,000
