7) Roles and Responsibilities :
- The incumbent will be managing a team of 10-12 Sales Officers placed across the above-mentioned areas.
- She will be required to foster the alliance with the stakeholders at hospitals/Nursing homes for the placement and promotion of the Unicharm products in their premises.
- She also will be responsible for relationship management with the Distributors and the channel partners to ensure the smooth transition of the products to the point of sales.
- She will be responsible to drive promotional schemes/events to increase the brand value and market share of our products.
- She should be able to gauge competitors move and trends and formulate her counter business strategies.

Experience :
- Min. 6 years of experience in Sales with 2 years of experience as Manager. Candidate should have an extensive experience in Pharma sales, especially in Gynaec and Pediatric division.
- A combined experience of pharma and FMCG will be an advantage.
