We are looking for a strong Enterprise Sales professional with history of overachieving targets in a market-leading Coworking organisation

Relevant candidates from co-working space, Real estate preferred

Responsibilities :

- Develop the Enterprise strategy and grow Enterprise membership while continuing to promote the company brand and community.

- Provide strong leadership, mentorship, vision and direction.

- Develop and implement best practices to maximize pipeline creation, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration

- Work with various internal teams to drive Enterprise member satisfaction to ensure opportunities for additional business growth ( example post project engagement with workspace strategy consultancy etc)

- Collaborate with Design/Setup team well to provide input on layout, design, and construction of spaces that are optimized for Enterprise members.

- Support own team by participating in and leading prospect meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required to close large and complex deals.

- Understand target companies' business needs, develop proposals and accurately articulate company value proposition

- Build and motivate an Enterprise Sales team in support of the strategic plan. Assist and coach team members in all phases of the selling process to achieve agreed-upon targets and performance metrics.

- Strong Awarnes of Market demand & Pricing.

- Good knowledge on Co-working versus Conventional'' Benefits.

- Relationships with IPC/ Brokers.

- Month on Month lead generation from IPC/ Broker.

- Maintain relationships with their deals and manage their PAN India Demands.
