Area Relationship Head - SME/MSME Lending - FinTech

SME Lending: Area Relationship Head - Jaipur

- MBA or CA with at least 6-7 years of relevant experience

- Must have handled SME and MSME clients in Jaipur and surrounding areas, with turnover ranging from Rs 50 lacs to 15 crores per annum

- Experience of both secured and unsecured loans

- Must have worked with Tier 1 bank or NBFC

- Must have strong relationship skills and business development skills. Should have demonstrated capability of achieving and outperforming aggressive targets

- Should have handled DSA networks and other direct/indirect channels of customer acquisition

- Must have the strong understanding of credit risk, fraud risk and should have strong intelligence network into a local market

- Strong track record of collection; should have personal experience of collections and manage third-party collection agencies

- Must have experience of leading teams
