Area Parts Manager - Spare Parts Sales (7-12 yrs)
A Major Auto OEM is looking for a Parts Manager (Spares) for Chhattisgarh. The parts manager will handle P&L for parts/spares/ lubes for the state and report to the National Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review parts business, and profitability with channel partner
- Spearheading marketing programs to create awareness about genuine parts availability in the market; initiating parts on call facility
- Monitor & maintain CSI score; strategize action plan with dealer for consistency of same
- Resolving parts discrepancy or Counter warranty claims
- Maintaining inventory & proper stock level for fast v/s slow moving items
- Increasing dealer profitability by service schemes such as ext. warranty, annual maintenance schedule
- Organize market activities by Part retailers meet and Distributors meet to achieve targets
- Formulating & communicating schemes to enhance Parts sales
- Enhancing spare parts business with the help of incentive schemes
- CSP and Part retailer appointment by give proper product training and effective parts scheme for the market
- Interacting with marketing & service teams about existing product improvements, new features.
