Leading Fintech company hiring for Area Manager - Security and safety

Age Maximum - 40 Years

Role :

- To secure business process, people, and assets in Area of Responsibility

- Managing Vaults and vault operation by leading a team

- Crisis Handling & Incident Management

- Liaison with police and law enforcement agencies

- Effective enforcement of Security & Safety initiatives/audits

- Assist in Fraud Prevention, Loss prevention, & Investigation

- Third party/vendor management and onboarding

Skills :

One Skillset :

- Crisis Management: Ability to effectively manage complex incidents at ground zero by collaborating with multiple stakeholders

Other Skills :

- Ability to manage a team and keep morales high

- Ability to develop & maintain good relationships with law enforcement

- Ability to maintain rigour in conducting task assigned

- Knowledge of Local language (Speak, read, write)

- Investigative mindset

Persona :

- At least 6-8 years of relevant work experience in safety, security, & FPI, OR

- Defence Background with ideally 4+ years of corporate experience

- Domains: Ecommerce, Logistics (eg: Amazon, Flipkart,Udaan)

- Must possess High EQ, integrity, & customer empathy
