Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Team for the Area and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics
- Responsible for generation of revenues through sale CASA, TD and Third-Party Products
- Responsible for leading Mumbai/Thane Clusters, a large Sales Channel comprising of Branch Managers, Team Leaders and Sales Executives and ensuring Recruitment, Training, Retention and Mentoring Branch Banking
- Field oriented person, but should be able to track MIS & Analytics and do course corrections as required
- Ability to develop business strategy (markets, locations, people, sales) and implement the same to meet business goals and should have aggressive sales approach.
Eligibility:
- Degree from a recognized University, preferably majoring from a premier institute in marketing, finance or economics;
- Displayed ability to lead large teams of senior professionals to execute a strategy aligned with region (with strong digital elements) familiar with North Mumbai & Thane region.
- Minimum 15 years- experience with at least 5-8 years at management level, in in managing profitable businesses in Retail Liabilities.
- Domain expertise in managing profitability, overseeing customer acquisition and quality of customers, enhancing wallet size, cross sell of other products, increasing penetration
- Self-driven with sense of ownership and regimented.
- High level of integrity and with growth expectation to drive the performance of his portfolio.
