Description :
Reporting into the Sales Director - Middle East & India, you will be responsible for:
- Annual, quarterly and monthly achievement of sales
- Developing long-lasting and strong relationships with Wholesale partners and sales professionals in the wholesale network
- Follow up on payments and credit limits compliance
- Travel regularly to build strong relationship with the partner
- Coordinate and follow up on all customer service issues
- Process and constant update of sell-in, sell-out, stock reports and promotion activities
- Prepare meaningful market and competitors reports and partner with Sales Director
- Ensure excellent visual merchandising in all POS
- Coordinate with the Marketing team all trade marketing activities (Events, cooperations, promotions)
- Identify and report any event and partnership opportunities
- With the help of internal trainers, organize and perform training sessions in order to enhance knowledge of sales team on the brand and the products
Profile :
- Excellent computer skills, Excel and Powerpoint experience mandatory
- Profound verbal, written and presentation skills
- Strong strategic mindset and analytical abilities
- Strong hands-on mentality
- Organized & process oriented
- Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
- Self starter personality with excellent communications skills on all hierarchy levels
- Representative, well mannered and diplomatic personality
- Excellent command of English
- Required to travel 50-70% of the time
- Responds promptly to customer needs and solicits customer feedback to improve services
- Manages difficult or emotional customer situations
- Demonstrate attention to detail
