Area Manager - Retail Firm (10-15 yrs)

Area Manager - Mumbai (Leading Retail Company)
Role:
- To manage operations of multiple supermarket/hypermarket stores at Mumbai
- Will lead a team of Store Managers and manage, coach and train them
- Achievement of KPIs
- To deliver excellent store standards
- Ensure that all the processes; routines and systems for stores are completed accurately and at the right time
- Plan all seasonal, trade driving and promotional activities to achieve maximum sales, impact and presentation at the managed stores
- In the absence of the store manager handle the store operations to the best of the candidate's ability
- Optimise the P&L for the stores managed
Requirements:
- 10+ yrs of experience
- Should ideally have experience in managing area operations in Food Retail / Value format Retail
- Should have managed operations for multiple stores
- Good team management capabilities and experience
- Good communication skills
Location: Mumbai
