Area Manager - Retail

We are urgently looking out for the candidates for Area Manager - Leading Retail Brand - Mumbai.

- Own up the restaurants in the area and deliver excellence in Customer satisfaction and drive profitability at the restaurant level

- Responsible for smooth and efficient operations of the restaurants / maintain BK standards - SOP adherence in restaurant - resulting in service / operational excellence (follow through on action plans of GT and REVs)

- Ensure effective business development, local tie - ups / LSM and implementation of organisation initiatives to deliver business results

- Deliver Regional EBITDA through managing costs - COL / COS effectively

- Responsible for- recruitment and development of people - maintaining a talent pipeline

- Coach the RGMs in identifying critical issues of restaurant and support in problem solving.

- Drive sales for restaurants by being on top of competitor / market moves.
